1. Service Commitment

For products sold "free", we provide you with a 7-day return guarantee (except for some products or in the warehouse club or mobile store, except for the case where the physical self-collection has been seen, please refer to the details of each product).

Considering the characteristics of luxury goods on this site, most products are only one piece, so exchange is not supported for the time being.

2. General rules of return

1. Return instructions:

1) Submit a return request within 7 days from the day after the receipt of the product.

2) The product has not been used and is in its original state.

3) All the accessories of the product (such as product identification, packaging, tag, three-guarantee card, manual, invoice, gift, accessories, appraisal certificate, etc.) are complete.

4) Watches, gold, jewelry, Buy Now, and products marked with "This product does not support returns without quality problems", if there are no quality problems, returns are not supported.

5) For packaged products or products sold in combination, some products cannot be returned for you.

6) Auction products, once sold without quality problems, will not be returned.

7) For the return policy of products purchased globally, please refer to the shopping instructions of each overseas station.

2. If the product has the following conditions, it will be deemed as non-returnable:

1) Deformation, damage, fracture, etc. of the commodity loss prevention hangtag are different from the original appearance at the warehouse.

2) The product identification, packaging, hangtag, three-guarantee card, instruction manual, invoice, gift, accessories, etc. are missing.

3) Any quality problems caused by improper use and improper storage of goods.

4) The product has been used, washed, defaced, damaged, etc.

5) Product quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, neglect, abuse, liquid ingress, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, or tearing, altering labels, machine serial numbers, and anti-counterfeiting marks.

6) Wear due to use.

7) Out-of-warranty products (products that exceed the warranty period of three guarantees).

3. Warm reminder:

1) If the order status is displayed as "Delivered" or "Signed for", you can apply for return by yourself.

2) If no after-sales application is made within 7 days, the order will automatically become completed, and we will no longer accept your return application.

3) Within two weeks from the date of acceptance of the return application, if free does not receive the return package, the after-sales application will be automatically cancelled, and the order status will be automatically changed to the completed status.

4) If the return application is processed without the consent of the customer service, the goods are directly sent back to the website. The website does not assume responsibility for storage, re-delivery, or refund. The website has the right to dispose of the stranded goods if necessary.

5) Pictures and information are for reference only and are not quality issues. Due to the shooting light and the color difference of different monitors, there may be a color difference between the picture of the product and the real object, and everything is subject to the real object.

6) The shipping cost of the return will be borne by the customer if it is caused by the customer. If it is due to the quality and craftsmanship of the product itself, after passing the quality inspection, you can call the customer service to apply for reimbursement of the shipping cost.

7) In order to protect the interests of consumers, we will put "freee stickers" on the goods for some high-value goods. After receiving the goods, check them carefully and then dismantle them if there is no problem. Otherwise, we will not be able to handle the return for you.

8) Not a special commodity. Special goods: such as cosmetics, intimate clothing, jewelry, watches, gold jewelry, gifts, etc., if it is not a quality problem, it will not be returned.

9) Gifts cannot be returned individually
